EAS Digital is one of the most important new activities of EAS, where we will bring many of the Society’s activities together, online, in an innovative way.
This will allow us to host activities in education, communication, even research and advocacy from one single site.
We believe EAS Digital will become an invaluable tool for EAS members and the wider atherosclerosis community.
Keeping you updated…
EAS Digital, will become the home for all our online content.
We will be transforming all our existing online educational materials and continually adding new content to the platform.
After virtual EAS 2021 Congress closes, the lectures and presentations will be available to registered participants via EAS digital.
With most of our education online at present, all our webinars will also be on EAS digital—those we’ve already done will be available on demand.
Offering you online learning…
One of the key activities to be hosted on EAS Digital is EAS Academy, with lectures, short tracks & other content available, including the Certificate of Excellence in Lipidology Programme.
EAS Academy will continue to cover aspects of basic science and research, clinical prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in the field of atherosclerotic vascular disease.
Whether you’re a researcher or practicing clinician in the lipid field, or work or study in clinical specialties in which CVD is involved, our presentations, webinars, slideset and courses, all by leading international experts, will help you to widen your knowledge, and keep your own research or clinical practice up to date.
Keeping you connected…
Our new initiative, Lipid Clinics Network, will also be on EAS Digital. Here, the networking and communication features of the platform will make it possible for lipid clinics to interact with each other and national atherosclerosis societies, gather information, carry out online training, and conduct surveys and research.
We’re also going to host the Young Fellows of EAS Programme via EAS Digital, where the Young Fellows can run activities by and for themselves, and interact.
